MIXMOVE is a software company with a solutions for logistics where we connect the entire supply chain and enable collaboration. We have unique capabilities to optimize fill rates which is incremental to help save carbon emissions from the logistics operations, and at the same time make the operations more cost efficient. By connecting the supply chain we can also provide better visibility and improve decision making for our customers. We have offices in Oslo and Lisbon, but we have people throughout Europe and Singapore.
We are looking for Support Technician for our applications, to integrate our team in Portugal and work in our headquarters in the District of Lisbon (we are working in a hybrid model for now in which some days we work in HQ).
Tasks and responsibilities
Providing Service and Customer Support.
Troubleshooting issues, errors or technical problems.
Update Knowledge Base and existing documentation, as well as new documents.
Follow all company’s procedures and protocols.
Previous Service and Customer Support experience
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
Fluency in English - both written and spoken (required)
Ability to troubleshoot and test Software
Knowledge of SQL (valued)
14:00 pm to 23:00 pm PT time (required)
